Once you provide your flight number, we subscribe to real-time flight updates. We track departure, estimated arrival, gate changes, and delays. Our driver adjusts their arrival time automatically — no need to contact us. If your flight is delayed by 5 hours, we'll be there 5 hours later. If your flight is early, we'll be ready. This service is completely free and ensures you never wait or worry about missing your driver.

After you clear immigration and collect your luggage, proceed to the arrival hall exit. Your driver will be standing there holding a sign with your name (or your company name). We'll send you a photo of your driver and their exact location via WhatsApp before you land. For CGK, we typically meet at the designated "meeting point" signs near each terminal exit. If you don't see us immediately, just message us on WhatsApp and we'll locate you within minutes.

We provide 60 minutes of free waiting time counted from your actual landing time. This accounts for immigration queues, luggage collection, and walking to the meeting point. If you need more than 60 minutes (for example, if your luggage is lost or you require special assistance), additional waiting is charged at IDR 100,000 per hour. However, this rarely happens as most passengers exit within 45 minutes of landing. Flight delays are handled via tracking — we don't start your waiting clock until you actually land.

We offer convenient payment options. Most guests pay directly to the driver in cash (Indonesian Rupiah) at the end of the transfer. No deposit or upfront payment required. For corporate accounts or large groups, we also accept bank transfer (please request invoice). We do not accept credit cards for airport transfers — cash only to ensure the lowest fixed prices. ATMs are available at the airport if you need to withdraw Rupiah upon arrival.
